Sweet Onion On Grill

6 onions - medium sized, peeled and cored
6 T. butter
6 T. Cookies Flavor Enhancer
6 T. brown sugar
1 can beer or non-alcoholic beer

Peel and core onions. Place 1 tablespoon of butter in the cored onion. Sprinkle each onion with 1 tablespoon of Cookies Flavor Enhancer and brown sugar. Place in a foil pan and pour beer around the bottom of the onions. Do not pour beer on the onions because it will wash the other ingredients off. Cover with foil. Grill for approximately 45 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
